Looking to get into the Spanish real estate market?
Each one of these had signs that read “Se Vende” on them (or it was written with spray paint on the side of the building). One local explained to me that while it would be very fast and easy to purchase any of these for 20k, 40k, or 60k … they are impossible to sell again, no matter how much you invested in fixing them up.
